Also telephone and mail reservations are accepted.
By agreement, reservations can be managed according to the period.
Reservations could be canceled without any additional charge.
Check-in could be made from 2pm to 10.30pm of the arrival day.
This includes room assignment, documents registration, acceptance of the privacy policies and other formalities, including granting the electronic badge for free access to Hotel facilities and two remote controls.
Check-out must be complete by 11am of the departure day. (Room check, badge and remote controls returning, billing and payment).
After checking the availibility, the rooms could be use until 3pm of the departure day by paying addtionail 50% of the room price.
After this prorogation, will be charged the room full price.
Compensation for any damages caused by guests or any withdrawals of assets owned by the hotel, will be charged or immediately after departure.

Each room is equipped with blankets according to the occupants. An additional blankets stock could be found in the wardrobe.
Towels, bath mat and hair dryer are available in the bathroom.
The sink and shower are equipped with soap dispenser.

Every rooms it’s equipped with an electronical lock strongbox that could contain several goods and also a Laptop PC.
Any values or item forgot in the safe will be kept in the central safe at the disposal of the guest himself.
It’s possible to give luggage to the hotel staff on the arrival day before availability of the room and / or up to 21.30 of the departure day.
Management is not responsible for any values or cash carried in the luggage and not declared.
It’s possibile to left a modest amount of cash or small values in the Hotel safe, according to prior agreements, this will be charged depending of the deposit amount (max € 2.999,99).
This deposit cannot lasts beyond the stay period.
Payment could be done by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, CARTASI’, AMERICAN EXPRESS) or by cash.
We do not accept checks.
For administrative and organizational reason, please avoid payment with banknotes of 200€ and 500€.
The Hotel doesn’t perform currency exchange; any foreign currency (CHF, £, $, etc.) can be changed at nearby bank (50m) or in another institution authorized for this activity.
All prices are referred to room per night. Any extra beds should be requested in advance as well as the baby crib. At the time of reservation it’s possible to request the separation of the double bed in twin beds. There is in addition a city tax corresponding to 1 € per person, per night, from October 1 to March 31, and 2 € per person, per night, from 1 April to 30 September.
It’s possible to obtain a reserved parking (unguarded and subject to availability), in front of or near the hotel, with a charge of € 16,00.
Furthermore, there is the option of reserve a place in a covered parking in the surrounding area.
The Italian breakfast may be consumed in cafeteria/bar area from 07.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

If you don’t want to replace them, will be enough, to leave the towels in the supports.
